Annual Meeting Facilities
Ocala 4-H Center

After years at the Forest Service Training Camp in Brooksville, we have outgrown our former "home."  The Executive Committee this year appointed a time and place committee which selected the Ocala 4-H Center for the 2004 meeting.  President Mike Allen's report to the members more fully explains the rationale behind the choice.  Below are driving directions and links to both an interactive and simple location map.  Visit the Ocala 4-H Center Web site for more information.

Campgrounds

There are no public campgrounds associated with state parks, forests, recreational areas, etc. in the general area. There are a number of private campgrounds/RV parks in the area. Most of these appear to cater to the residential RV crowd. One possibility is Brentwood Lake Camping (796-5760) located approximately 6 miles south of the Training Center.
