All presentations should be saved in Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 for Windows
or earlier versions. We strongly suggest that presenters send by mail a
copy of their presentation on CD-R prior to the meeting. We will then load
your presentation on the appropriate laptop computer. Please send your
phone number or email address with your presentation so that we may send
an acknowledgement that we received the CD. Alternatively, you may load
your presentation only from CD-R to the assigned computer on Friday, 22
February 2002 in the Executive Board Room of the Doubletree Hotel from
12:00 pm to 4:30 pm. In order to avoid schedule delays, presenters will
not be allowed to run their presentations directly from their laptop
computers. Also, please ensure that your presentation is burned to a CD-R
and not a CD-RW. The slide preview room will not be equipped for
PowerPoint presentations, so we suggest you bring your own laptop for
practicing your talk. Presenters with questions or comments should contact
