Transportation to the 2009 Spring Meeting
We have secured a deal with a local shuttle company that will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the hotel for a discounted rate of $15 per person. This rate is cheaper than a cab (unless several people share a cab) and the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service. To sign up for the shuttle service, please follow these few rules:
For the group to be able to book their travel online (http://airportshuttleneworleans.hudsonltd.net/res?USERIDENTRY=SDAFS109&LOGON=GO) they must book no later than 1 PM the preceding day. You must make your original reservation online to get the discounted rate. You can change an existing reservation via phone (866-596-2699), but you need to make your original reservation online; if not the discount doesn't apply.
