Mission
Our objective is to develop, compile,
disseminate, and evaluate education and outreach materials for organizations
and citizens interested in and involved with residential and commercial
development in North Carolina.
Materials available within this site outline
the importance of well-planned waterfront development for habitat
conservation. We will work cooperatively with state environmental agencies,
universities, scientific societies and private groups to address this
problem statewide.
