I have already begun receiving unit reports; thanks for the prompt attention to those who have submitted them already.  I'm looking forward to receiving the others by January 26.

For those of you who have not submitted a report yet, I have attached a slightly revised reporting format.  The changes are minor: I added a report # at the top of the report, I added two additional lines -  Office/Committee and Officer/Chair.  These additions, while minor in appearance, help me tremendously to track what reports I have.  If you already completed your report , don't worry about making these changes; I'll take care of it.

Also, a reminder to please copy Fred Heitman at jfredd@aol.com when you send your report to me.  He is responsible for summarizing all the Chapter and Committee activities at the annual business meeting in Memphis and it will help him tremendously to get your report as soon as possible.

All reports should be in MS Word format and sent to my work email address at Robert.curry@ncwildlife.org.  .
