Shoreline Stabilization Structures

Of all structures reported (n=5 responses), 60% were intended to improve nursery habitat, 60% for use as fish attractors to increase angler catch and harvest, 40% to improve spawning habitat, and 20% for use as adult habitat/sanctuary.  The only structures included in this category are breakwaters.

Breakwaters
Breakwaters were constructed mainly of tires or wood, but riprap was also reported.
