Registration includes access to all the technical sessions, continuing education, the Student/Professional Mixer, and the Banquet.  Early registration will receive a raffle ticket for a special early bird raffle item and a special prize.  The deadline for early registration is January 3, 2000.  Please fill out one form per person.
